Iconic Luxury Hotels to open Gran Marbella Resort and Beach Club

🏖 Gran Marbella Resort & Beach Club, part of Iconic Luxury Hotels, opens this spring in Playa del Real de Zaragoza, Spain. The resort offers 125 rooms, 10 signature suites, private pools, jacuzzis, and coastal views. Amenities include two event spaces, a seafood restaurant, a spa with seven treatment rooms, a sauna, a steam room, and an indoor pool. Goddard Littlefair is responsible for interiors and architecture. The resort is the ninth addition to the Iconic Luxury Hotels collection, following Palm House in Palm Beach, Florida. Executive director Andrew Stembridge highlights the strategic expansion, while senior vice president Francisco Macedo mentions the significance of the launch after Hotel Excelsior in Venice.

Premier Inn signs its 100th hotel project in Germany

The TownHouse Mykonos awarded Michelin Key

Six Senses Selects Pinheirinho Comporta For First Branded Residences in Portugal

🏡 VIC Properties, a top real estate developer in Portugal, has partnered with Six Senses, an ultra-luxury brand within IHG Hotels & Resorts, for the Pinheirinho project in Comporta. Scheduled for completion in 2028, Six Senses Comporta will anchor the 400-hectare estate, featuring an 18-hole golf course, outdoor sports, equestrian facilities, and direct access to a 62km beach. The property, a former private estate, will include a 70-key hotel and 58 branded residences.
