Everhome Suites Announces Nine Openings and Groundbreakings

As of April 2025, they have opened six new properties in Texas and Arizona, with three more in Oregon and Ohio under development. By year-end, 25 hotels are expected. Recent openings include Bastrop, Waco, Brownsville, and El Paso, each with over 114 rooms. Future locations include Amarillo, Yuma, and Georgetown. Everhome Suites offers extended-stay amenities, targeting travelers connected to universities, healthcare, and major employers.

PM Hotel Group Expands Virginia Portfolio With Addition of Hotel Burg

🏨 PM Hotel Group will open Hotel Burg, a luxury boutique hotel, in August 2025 in Virginia's wine and hunt country. The 39-room hotel, inspired by Ralph Lauren's aesthetic, highlights Loudoun County's heritage. It features The Huntōn, led by Michelin-starred chef Vincent Badiee. Hotel Burg includes The Diana Lounge, a rooftop bar, and The Chase, a private club. The Manor 1858, a 22-acre event venue, complements the offering. This addition expands PM Hotel Group’s Mid-Atlantic portfolio.

Susurros del Corazón, overlooking Bahía de Banderas, includes 59 studios, casitas, suites, and 30 villas. Raised in Puerto Vallarta, González aims to elevate the resort's luxury status while honoring its local culture and traditions.

Marriott adds two resorts in Portugal’s Algarve

🏟 Marriott International opened two properties in Portugal’s Algarve region: Algarve Marriott Salgados Golf Resort & Conference Centre and Marriott Residences Salgados Resort, Algarve. The Golf Resort has 228 rooms, four outdoor pools, and a 9,000 sqm conference center with a 1,596-seat auditorium. The Residences offer 192 units, ten pools, and sports courts. Key amenities include dining venues KAN.JO and Amara Terrazza. Both properties emphasize flexible spaces and authentic local experiences.
