McNeill and Kothe break ground on new Home2 Suites by Hilton in Idaho

🏨 McNeill Hotel Company and Kothe Real Estate Partners began constructing a 124-key Home2 Suites by Hilton in Twin Falls, Idaho, at 2005 Neilson Point Place, with the groundbreaking on August 19. Located by the Snake River Canyon and Perrine Bridge, the hotel has direct access to the Canyon Rim walking trail. It features an outdoor patio bar with sunset views. McNeill, managing the project, partners with Kothe, Great Lakes Management Group, Roost Development, and KP Property Development.
