🏨 Rosewood Hotels & Resorts plans to open Rosewood Calistoga and Rosewood Residences Calistoga in 2027 in Napa Valley. Set on 118 acres on Calistoga’s ridgeline, it will feature 129 guestrooms, suites, and residences. Dining will focus on local ingredients with a signature restaurant and immersive experiences. The wellness area will include Asaya with six treatment rooms and two pools. Rosewood Residences will offer 20 villas and 13 homesites with access to all resort amenities.

🏨 Hotel Granada in Atlanta’s Midtown joined Design Hotels under Marriott International, integrating into Marriott Bonvoy. Built in 1924, it reopened in August 2024 after a two-year renovation by Monomoy Property Ventures and Scarp Ridge Capital Partners, offering 120 rooms. The design by MetroStudio and Cameron Carr combines Spanish Colonial and Southern styles. Collaborating with the Savannah College of Art and Design, the hotel features local art. Amenities include Pom Court restaurant, May Peel lounge, and Portrait Coffee café.

🏨 Stonebridge, a Denver-based management company, has added The Statler Dallas, Curio Collection by Hilton, to its portfolio. Located in downtown Dallas, this eight-story property originally opened in 1956 and was relaunched in 2017. The hotel boasts a resort-style outdoor pool, over 26,000 square feet of meeting space, and four dining venues, including the Waterproof rooftop lounge. Positioned near key attractions, it aims to draw both business and leisure travelers.

🏖 W Hotels debuted its first adult-only all-inclusive resort, W Punta Cana, in the Dominican Republic. This 340-room resort, featuring rooms starting at 700 sq ft, includes 46 suites with private or swim-up pools. Amenities span a 400-meter beach, an 80-meter infinity pool, and 12 dining venues. The resort offers experiences like DJ-led sound baths, wellness sessions, and cultural events. This move aligns with the broader trend of hotel brands entering the all-inclusive market, anticipating growth in the next decade.

🏨 NewcrestImage acquired the NYLO Dallas Plano, part of Hilton's Tapestry Collection. The five-story hotel, with 176 loft-style rooms and suites, features a 4,000-square-foot patio and a heated outdoor pool. Located in the 2,600-acre Legacy District business park, it offers strategic access to business and leisure markets. Established in 2013, NewcrestImage has owned nearly 300 hotels and plans a renovation, possibly adding a speakeasy, to rebrand the property.

🏨 Vision Hospitality Group opened the $60-million Embassy Suites by Hilton Chattanooga Downtown, adding 184 suites to the city's riverfront district. Located in downtown Chattanooga, the seven-story hotel features a rooftop restaurant and bar, a lobby bar, an indoor pool, and 3,000 square feet of meeting space. It marks Vision's 15th hotel in Chattanooga and stands as one of the largest private investments in the area in over a decade, supporting local tourism and commerce.

🏨 PM Hotel Group opened the Cambria Hotel Portland Pearl District in Oregon, expanding in urban markets. The hotel features 178 rooms, a restaurant, bar, fitness studio, and 1,350 sq. ft. of meeting space. Located near the Oregon Convention Center, it offers proximity to cultural attractions and commercial hubs. The hotel caters to business and leisure travelers with pet-friendly rooms and a marketplace. It complements PM Hotel Group's regional portfolio, enhancing Portland’s hospitality offerings.

🏨 Banyan Group expanded in East China, opening Angsana Zhoushan and Homm Wenzhou Nanxijiang in Zhejiang Province. Now operating 36 hotels in China, they plan two more openings this year. Angsana Zhoushan offers 222 rooms and Angsana Spa. Homm Wenzhou Nanxijiang features 100 rooms and a hot spring complex with 26 pools. The group will celebrate 100 global properties with the November opening of Mandai Rainforest Resort in Singapore.
