High-value repositioning underscores Berlin’s luxury demand
🏨 Berlin, 2023: The Hotel de Rome, built in 1889, will transition to Four Seasons, undergoing a redesign by Humbert & Poyet. The project will reconfigure 140 rooms, add three new dining venues, and preserve architectural features. Gruppo Statuto, with a portfolio including the Mandarin Oriental Paris, leads this repositioning. General Manager Christian Poda will oversee operations. This aligns with Berlin's luxury market evolution and Four Seasons' EMEA strategy, enhancing Berlin's appeal to high-end travelers and investors.
