🏨 Waldorf Astoria's first Nordic hotel opened in Helsinki, Finland, spanning four historic buildings by architects Evert Lagerspetz and Armas Siitonen. The property offers 116 rooms, including 32 suites, some with saunas and jacuzzis. Amenities feature a glass-roof spa, Peacock Bar, and a restaurant debuting in 2026. Helsinki saw a 17% rise in international stays in 2024, with 2.2 million visitors last year. Future openings planned in global cities like London and Sydney.

🏨 The Hide, a 25-room hotel, opened in the Peak District as the second property of Chatsworth Escapes, alongside The Cavendish Hotel. Guests enjoy access to 35,000 acres of Chatsworth Estate, including a Grade I-listed house, gardens, and exclusive tours. Rooms feature reclaimed items and locally sourced textiles. The hotel’s Grill and Pizzeria, led by Adam Harper, uses estate-grown ingredients. Additional accommodations include The Pilsley Inn and The Beeley Inn.

🗽 Namron Hospitality will debut its first U.S. hotel, Le Particulier, in Miami Beach on 22 October 2025, featuring 54 rooms and the Los Bowls de Guadalupe dining concept. In Mexico, La Valise Los Cabos opens on 15 November 2025 on a 12-acre beachfront, offering activities like whale watching. El Cortés will launch in Mexico City's Roma Norte in March 2026, following restoration by COMAL.

📍 Ennismore has signed for Delano SoHo New York and Delano London. Delano SoHo New York, located in Hudson Square, offers 390 rooms and is a 46-storey hotel. Delano London, near Kensington Gardens, will feature 67 rooms and open in late 2026. Both hotels include wellness, dining, and retail spaces. These signings precede the Delano Miami Beach relaunch next year. Upcoming openings in Miami, New York, and London mark a new chapter for this luxury lifestyle brand.
