🌊 HOTREC, in partnership with Hotel Resilient, introduces Crisis Resilient Guidelines to aid hotels, restaurants, bars, cafés, and nightlife venues in preparing for and recovering from natural disasters like heatwaves, floods, windstorms, droughts, and forest fires. The guidelines focus on guest and staff safety, ensuring business continuity and fast recovery. Comprising nine key criteria across three areas, the voluntary guidelines also align with local and national laws for operational crisis resilience.
