The estate is ideal for weddings and special events, blending historic architecture with Mallorca's natural charm.

🍴 Patatino opens at The Hoxton, Edinburgh on Tuesday, July 1st, offering a modern Italian trattoria experience in Haymarket. Guests dining from July 1st to 6th receive 50% off food. The menu includes Italian dishes made with Scottish produce, like linguine with crab and Amalfi lemon, and pizzas with Scottish buffalo mozzarella. Design features include a Baroque-style fountain and vibrant decor. Patatino offers an all-Italian wine list and creative cocktails with Italian influences. 🌴 Oil Nut Bay's Sundara Spa + Studio opens in Virgin Gorda, British Virgin Islands. The overwater wellness space, designed by Jenn Zella and Carlos Agelet De Saracibar, is open to the public and features 360-degree ocean views, a hospitality bar, a boutique, and two treatment rooms. It offers yoga, Pilates, and more. Located on a 400-acre resort with villas and a beach club, Sundara uses VOYA organic seaweed skincare products for treatments.

🍴 On 9th June 2025, Hell’s Kitchen premiered at The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel, marking its first European opening. Located in Playa d’en Bossa, this Gordon Ramsay Restaurants and Palladium Hotel Group collaboration offers renowned dishes like Scallops, Lobster Risotto, and Beef Wellington. The venue, part of the remodeled Ushuaïa Tower, features six eateries, blending Ibiza's essence with luxury. 🏨 Gran Hotel Mas d’en Bruno, Priorat’s first five-star hotel, won the Restorations, Transformations + Conversions category at the 21st Hospitality Design Awards, chosen from nearly 900 entries. Designed by Astet Studio and C97 Arquitectes I Associats, it features 24 suites with vineyard views. Opened in May 2023, the hotel is part of The Stein Group and Relais & Châteaux. Rates start at £360 per night.

🍳 Boxcar Bar & Grill in Marylebone relaunches as Boxcar Fire & Wine on June 17th, led by new Head Chef Zisis Gkalmpenis from Greece.
