🏨 Chicago, Illinois—The Talbott Hotel completed a full-scale renovation and joined Marriott Bonvoy’s Autograph Collection. The transformation included all 178 guestrooms, public spaces, and event areas, featuring local art and modern design. LAUREL, the new restaurant, opened in May 2024, offering Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. The Gallery Room hosts daily social events, while the former meeting room became a fitness center. Renovation partners included Studio 11 Design and local illustrator Nicole Cicak.

Located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the 14-story hotel features 321 redesigned guestrooms, 19 updated event spaces, and new dining options, including Esther’s Table. The property offers 23,500 square feet of event space and modern amenities, such as The Community Table and The Booths.
