Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego Unveils Reimagination Of Sally’s Restaurant
🍴 Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego unveiled the transformation of Sally’s restaurant set for a full launch in May, introducing Baja Med cuisine. With an expanded outdoor terrace, the waterfront venue is the first milestone in the hotel’s property-wide enhancement. Chef de Cuisine Alvaro Garcia, drawing from regional flavors, has designed a menu featuring dishes like grilled Spanish octopus and a 32-ounce tomahawk steak, complemented by mezcal- and tequila-based cocktails, local craft beers, and regional wines. New programming includes a "Sunset Salute" toast, "Mini Hour" with miniature dishes and cocktails, and “Sally’s Til 6” with oyster specials. Sally’s accommodates events for 10 to 400 people along the San Diego Embarcadero.
