IHG’s Atwell Suites Expands Footprint With Three New Hotels in Dynamic Travel Hubs

🏨 USA, Atlanta, Georgia—December 23, 2024. Atwell Suites expands with new hotels in Kansas City, Mo. (104-room, now open), Henderson, Nev. (90-room, opening early November), and Fort Worth, Texas (96-room, opening November), building upon existing properties in Miami, Denver, and Austin. The Kansas City hotel is minutes from Kansas City International Airport, while the Henderson hotel is adjacent to The Pass Casino and America First Center. The Fort Worth hotel is near Perot Field Fort Worth Alliance Airport. Atwell Suites plans to open over 50 properties across the U.S., including in Las Vegas, Nev., Colorado Springs, Colo., and Cheyenne, Wyo. Properties feature unique design elements, functional workspaces, and leisure amenities like fitness studios and complimentary breakfasts.

Hyatt Centric Santo Domingo Opens in the Dominican Republic

🏨 Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE: H) opened Hyatt Centric Santo Domingo on December 20, 2024, in Chicago, Illinois, the first of its brand in the Caribbean. Hyatt Set to Expand Brand Presence in Nepal With Hyatt Regency Lumbini

How Premier Inn Boosted Search Success Rates and Bookings with Shiji Solutions

🏨 Premier Inn, the UK's largest hotel brand with over 850 locations, formed a strategic partnership with Shiji two years ago and completed its first connection via Shiji Distribution Solutions in June 2022. Since then, it has connected to 18 channels and was the first to use Shiji's Content Hub for over 900 properties. Introduction of a new Central Reservation System this year led to a Search Success Rate (SSR) increase of 16.23% month-over-month and a 25.91% increase from the previous average. The booking performance also soared, with a 153% year-over-year production growth and a 177% increase in bookings for the last quarter.
