A robust 85% of respondents believe prioritizing in-person meetings would significantly increase revenue, while 81% feel more deals could be closed. Face-to-face interactions are preferred by 92% for external clients and 85% for internal colleagues, and are considered three times more impactful than virtual meetings. 34% cite closing deals as the main reason for business travel. Despite digital tools, professionals favor in-person meetings for crucial business activities: 68% for client presentations, 77% for site inspections, and over 70% for high-stakes negotiations.
