🏝 Kempinski Hotels launched "Responsible Meetings & Events" in partnership with EarthCheck, to enable sustainable event planning. The initiative includes VenueCheck and EventCalculator tools for assessing and reducing events' environmental impacts. Kempinski, with 43 EarthCheck-certified hotels (7 Gold, 21 Silver, 15 Bronze), aims for all certified hotels to enroll by end of 2025. Currently, 18 Kempinski hotels have VenueCheck verification, 12 more are in progress. The tools align with ISO 20121 Event Sustainability Management Systems, aiding in compliance, reporting, and sustainability leadership.
