🏨 Zleep Hotel Hamburg Volkspark opened near Hamburg’s Volksparkstadion and Barclays Arena. With 204 rooms and digital check-in, it emphasizes Danish design. Eidelstedt S-Bahn station is a 10-minute walk, and the A7 motorway is 3 minutes by car. This is the second Zleep hotel in Germany after Frankfurt-Kelsterbach, with more locations planned.

🛨 Hotel Equities will manage the 182-room Hyatt Regency Atlanta Perimeter at Villa Christina, located in Dunwoody's Perimeter Center, Atlanta. Announced by HE and owned by Villa Christina LLC, this premier hotel is the first Hyatt Regency in HE's portfolio. The hotel, featuring a rooftop pool and dining options, is ideally positioned near corporate giants like Cox and Mercedes-Benz. HE now manages 13 hotels in Georgia, enhancing its local presence.

🏨 Hilton has launched Outset Collection, its 25th brand and eighth in the lifestyle portfolio, with openings starting later this year. 🏠 Placemakr launches a pop-up property in downtown Phoenix, Arizona, at 311 North 1st Avenue. The property features 120 units, including studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms, within a 769-unit complex. Amenities include a pool, outdoor terrace, fitness center, and co-working spaces. Designed for "bleisure" travelers, stays range from one night to one year. 🏨 Drury Hotels is constructing the Drury Plaza Hotel Mobile in Mobile, Alabama, on the site of a former Drury Inn & Suites. This will be Alabama's fifth Drury hotel. The hotel will feature 186 rooms, over 1,900 sq. ft. of meeting space, free hot breakfast, complimentary evening snacks, free Wi-Fi, and amenities like a 24-hour business center, outdoor pool, and spa. Flexible meeting space accommodates up to 270 attendees.

📍 Belfast, February 2026: The Malone Hotel, celebrating 35 years, completes an 18-month refurbishment. Located off Lisburn and Malone roads, this four-star hotel will reopen with 103 redesigned bedrooms, an expanded restaurant, and a 240-guest ballroom. It offers 70 off-street parking spaces. The Malone has partnered with UK-based Focus Hotels for management. Director Gareth Macklin highlights the transformation as the hotel's most exciting chapter, enhancing its heritage and service.

🏨 TFE Hotels will debut in the UK on 10 November 2025 with The Hobson Cambridge by Adina, a 56-room apartment-style hotel. Located on St Andrew’s Street, Cambridge, it resides in the Grade II listed Hobson House, a historical site previously a stable, police, and fire station. The hotel combines period architecture with modern serviced apartments, featuring kitchenettes, meeting facilities, and a new restaurant, Oz and Isle.
