🏖 The Dubai Beach EDITION, a collaboration by Shamal Holding and Marriott International, is set for completion in 2029 at Dubai Harbour. It will feature 165 residences and a hotel with 185 rooms and suites, all with waterfront views. This marks the first EDITION residences in the Middle East. Located in a coastal district, the development includes residential, hospitality, retail, and dining facilities, enhancing Dubai’s luxury offerings.

🏨 Sheraton Hotels & Resorts opened Sheraton Johor Bahru, their first in the city, featuring 345 rooms. Located near the Singapore–Johor Bahru Causeway, it's 45 minutes from Senai Airport. The hotel offers family accommodations, four dining venues, and eight event spaces, including a grand ballroom for up to 1,400 guests. Wellness facilities include an outdoor pool and Sheraton Fitness Center. Guests can enjoy the largest kids’ pool in Johor Bahru and direct access to SKS City Mall.

🏨 Peachtree Group has expanded its management portfolio by acquiring six hotels for its third-party management platform. These include properties in Indiana, New Mexico, Kansas, and Texas. With this addition, Peachtree now manages 115 hotels across 29 brands, totaling 14,212 rooms in 27 states, including D.C. The new additions bring their third-party management portfolio to 42 hotels. Vickie Callahan emphasizes optimizing revenue, cost control, and guest satisfaction.

🏨 Faraway Hotels will expand with two new properties in Sag Harbor, N.Y., and Jackson Hole, Wyo., opening in summer 2026. Managed by Collared Martin Hospitality, these hotels will convert existing properties. Faraway Sag Harbor will be the new identity for the 67-room Baron’s Cove, with a restaurant called Zagara. Faraway Jackson Hole will transform the Snake River Lodge & Spa, featuring a lobby lounge and cocktail club. The expansion continues Faraway Hotels’ unique narrative-driven hospitality approach.

🏝 Reimagined Lagen Island, a private resort in Bacuit Bay, reopens in September 2025 after a year-long transformation. Featuring refreshed interiors inspired by Filipino heritage, the resort offers eco-friendly experiences. October marks the end of the rainy season, revealing lush landscapes and 28°C seas, ideal for kayaking, windsurfing, and turtle spotting. The island emphasizes regenerative travel, offering conservation talks, craft sessions, and serene nature exploration. Enjoy a warm escape with a focus on nature and cultural immersion.

🏠 Aman Singapore, set to open in Singapore's tallest skyscraper, The Skywaters, combines a hotel, residences, and a private members club. Developed by Perennial Holdings, with design by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, it offers spacious suites, Aman Residences, and a full-floor Aman Spa. This iconic project in the Central Business District aims to deliver urban luxury. Aman currently operates 36 resorts globally, with a pipeline including Miami Beach, Beverly Hills, Riyadh, Dubai, and the Maldives.

🏨 PRESCOTT, Arizona—Pickard Design Studio revealed the interior design for the 109-key AC Prescott Hotel, part of the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio. Construction will commence this fall. The hotel incorporates Prescott's history with a contemporary twist, utilizing natural materials and a desert-inspired palette. The four-story hotel features a velvet and leather-accented lobby, a lounge with a fireplace, and guestrooms inspired by the "Mediodía Scheme" with warm tones and earthy textures. Public areas include a market, kitchen, fitness center, patio, and pool deck.

🏨 Hilton reached 9,000 global hotels, opening nearly three per day since 8,000 in 2024. The milestone was marked by the Signia by Hilton La Cantera Resort & Spa opening in Texas, offering 496 rooms. Hilton now operates over 1,000 luxury hotels worldwide, with plans to triple its African portfolio and quadruple in Saudi Arabia. The US has 6,000, Canada 200, Florida 500, and Italy 100 hotels. Hilton holds only 5% of global room share but 21% under construction.

🏨 Auberge Collection, based in Bethesda, Maryland, announced its rebranding to reflect its expanding luxury portfolio. Recent openings include Collegio alla Querce in Florence and The Woodward in Geneva. Upcoming locations are planned for London, Dallas, Miami Beach, Houston, and Puerto Rico. Dan Friedkin, chairman, emphasizes the brand's focus on unique experiences, while CEO Christian Clerc highlights this natural evolution to accommodate their growing global presence.

🏨 Azul Hospitality Group, Phoenix, January 2027: Managing a dual-branded Marriott property, featuring a 142-room AC Hotel and a 98-room Element by Westin, under construction since summer. The eight-story City North project is a venture by LaPour Partners and Holualoa Companies, including a resort-style pool, fitness center, 5,000+ sq ft of meeting space, and two dining outlets. Designed for the Desert Ridge corridor, it will enhance access to local amenities and cater to business and leisure guests.
