🏨 Ivy Hospitality, announced it will manage The Tudor Arms Hotel Cleveland, a 157-room hotel in Cleveland, Ohio's University Circle. Built in 1933, it originally opened as the Cleveland Club, became the Tudor Arms Hotel in 1939, and is on the National Register of Historic Places since 1994. It features amenities like high-speed Internet, an indoor pool, and the Tudor Bar & Grill. Historic performers included Patrice Wymore and Duke Ellington.

🏨 Auberge Resorts is now Auberge Collection, reflecting its global expansion in luxury hotels, resorts, and residences. Recent openings include Collegio alla Querce in Florence and The Woodward in Geneva, with future sites planned in London, Dallas, Miami Beach, Houston, and Puerto Rico. In 2025, Travel + Leisure recognized 9 Auberge properties as No. 1 in their categories, with 15 on the Top 500 Hotels list. Condé Nast Traveler’s 2024 awards ranked 20 properties among the world's best.

🏨 In 2025, Hyatt Hotels Corp. marks the 45th anniversary of its Park Hyatt brand. A new global marketing campaign, "Luxury is Personal," emphasizes refined service. Recent openings include Park Hyatt Marrakech in July 2024 with 130 rooms, Park Hyatt London in October 2024 with 203 rooms, and Park Hyatt Johannesburg in July 2025 with 31 rooms. Significant expansions are planned across Europe, Africa, Asia Pacific, and the Americas. Since 2017, Hyatt's luxury portfolio has grown by 146%.

🏨 Radisson Hotel Group's Radisson Individuals brand has surpassed 100 hotels since its 2020 launch. Locations include Le Relais de La Malmaison near Paris, HARBR Hotel Ludwigsburg in Germany, Crystals Beach Resort Belle Mare in Mauritius, and Namah Nainital in Uttarakhand, India. The portfolio now has three categories: Radisson Individuals, Radisson Individuals Premier, and Radisson Individuals Boutique. 🏨 Drury Hotels is constructing its newest hotel in Tampa Bay, Florida, set to open in September 2026. This 210-room Drury Plaza Hotel will be the sixth in Florida, marking the third opened in the state over four years. Amenities include free breakfast, Wi-Fi, evening snacks, a business center, and an outdoor pool. It also features 2,500 square feet of meeting space with flexible cancellation policies. The expansion follows a recent opening in Tallahassee in 2024.

🏨 On September 23, TownePlace Suites by Marriott Nampa opened in Nampa, Idaho, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Located off I-84 near Treasure Valley Marketplace, the hotel is managed by Western States Lodging and Management in partnership with Peterson Development and Gardner Group. The hotel features studio and one-bedroom suites with full kitchens, an indoor pool, complimentary breakfast, and a fitness center. It is close to the Ford Idaho Center and downtown Nampa, offering easy access to Boise Airport.

📍 Rosemont, Illinois—Hyatt Centric Chicago O’Hare and its restaurant CIMA opened after a $26.5 million revitalization. The ribbon-cutting ceremony featured Mayor Bradley Stephens, Laurence Elbaum, Jeffrey Bernstein, Sam Haddad, and Aghfar Arun at the newly designed entrance.

🏨 Marriott Sacramento Rancho Cordova completed a $33 million renovation in Rancho Cordova, California, transforming all 265 guestrooms and suites, over 12,000 square feet of meeting space, and on-site dining. The hotel features a 4,565-square-foot California Ballroom and a 570-square-foot Boardroom. The outdoor Trellis area accommodates up to 300 guests. Culinary updates include Formaggio Restaurant & Bar, offering California-Italian cuisine, and a full-service Starbucks. The renovation aims to enhance the experience for group and business travelers.
