Appellation Healdsburg Opens in Sonoma County

🍷 In September 2025, Appellation Healdsburg opened in Northern California's Sonoma County, marking Appellation's first ground-up project. Spread over 8.5 acres, the 108-room hotel includes two pools, 15,500 sq. ft. of event space, and culinary gardens. Guests can enjoy two dining venues: Folia Bar & Kitchen, and Andy’s Beeline Rooftop. The property offers 11 event spaces, hosting up to 500 guests, and plans 50+ annual workshops. Founded by chef Charlie Palmer and Christopher Hunsberger, it showcases local culinary and cultural experiences.

San Antionio’s Gunter Hotel reopens after multimillion-dollar renovation

A by Adina to open in Berlin in 2027

Gara Rock Hotel and Spa near Salcombe brought to market
