🏠 Staycity Group, with Citygrove, secured planning permission for a 185-room Wilde Aparthotel at Wyvil Court, Vauxhall, London. Construction begins in summer 2026, opening in early 2028. Designed by EPR Architects, the sustainable building will feature a reception, bar, co-working space, café, and pantry. The project will create around 140 jobs and contribute to Vauxhall's regeneration. Established in 2004, Staycity operates 6,300 aparthotel rooms in 39 locations across 20 cities.

🏨 Travelodge is constructing a 182-room hotel near Cardiff's upcoming 16,500-seat national arena, part of Atlantic Wharf's regeneration. McLaren Construction leads the project, offering modern rooms and an 85 Bar Café. Located five minutes from Cardiff Bay station, the hotel aims to provide affordable accommodation. This project supports Cardiff's growing tourism and night-time economy, creating local jobs. Cllr Huw Thomas highlights the city's reputation for hosting prestigious events and the demand for modern accommodations.

🏨 Coury Hospitality has opened the newly renovated Hilton Garden Inn LAX Los Angeles Airport, a 280-room hotel managed by Coury and owned by NewcrestImage. Located one mile from LAX, the 10-story hotel features a 24/7 fitness center, complimentary WiFi, a free airport shuttle, and 3,225 square feet of event space for up to 200 guests. The hotel also offers amenities like an outdoor patio with a fire pit, a business center, and The Garden Grill restaurant.

🏨 The Garden District Hotel opened in June 2025, while The Blackbird Hotel debuted in November 2024 in New Orleans, Louisiana. The Garden District Hotel features 47 rooms, a heated saltwater pool, and New Orleans' only swim-up bar. The Blackbird Hotel, with 13 rooms, has a pool surrounded by greenery. Both hotels were designed by Jeannine Jacob Interiors and offer event spaces suitable for weddings and corporate retreats. Managed by Dreamscape Hospitality, they emphasize New Orleans’ cultural diversity.

💻 Stayntouch partners with Hideaway Inns in Bethesda, Maryland. Launching 15 properties in 36 months, aiming for 25 in 5 years. First property opens in Sunapee, New Hampshire, this month. Hideaway Inns uses Stayntouch's cloud PMS, payments platform, booking engine, and channel manager. Benefits include mobile check-in, streamlined operations, and data-driven personalization. CEO Saxton Sharad emphasizes a tech-savvy, flexible guest experience; Stayntouch CEO Jacob Messina highlights the partnership's modern approach and shared values.

🏨 JW Marriott Reston Station, a 247-room hotel, opened in Reston, Virginia, marking JW Marriott's debut in the state. The hotel offers more than 40,000 sq ft of meeting space, the largest in the region, with a ballroom that fits up to 1,300 guests. Conveniently located near Metro’s Silver Line, it provides access to Dulles, Tysons Corner, and D.C. Featuring innovative Mindful Rooms, the property also includes three dining venues and Lorenzo Quinn's sculpture, Building Bridges.

🏨 IHG Hotels & Resorts, along with Proark, will convert a 250-room property into Crowne Plaza Paris – Marne-la-Vallée by late 2026. Located in Magny-le-Hongre, near Disneyland Paris, the hotel will feature pools, restaurants, and meeting facilities. The project enhances IHG’s European portfolio, joining over 90 European Crowne Plaza hotels. France, a key market, will host over 10 IHG properties. The brand's global presence includes 400 locations.

📍 Conrad Hamburg, Germany's first Conrad Hotel, opened in the historic Levantehaus in Hamburg. The hotel features 283 rooms, including 28 studios and 29 suites, with a 232-square-metre Presidential Suite. The property showcases German art, a 1,000-square-metre spa with Hamburg’s longest indoor pool, and nine event spaces for up to 220 guests. Dining includes the Latin American GRETA OTO restaurant seating 158, and a cigar lounge. Located on Hamburg’s Kunstmeile, it's part of Hilton Honors.

🏖️ Park Hyatt Tokyo, located on the 39th to 52nd floors of Shinjuku Park Tower, reopens on December 9, 2024, following a property-wide refurbishment that began in May 2024. Reservations open on September 24. Parisian Studio Jouin Manku led the redesign, enhancing guestrooms, suites, and dining spaces. Notable upgrades feature Italian Frette linens, Aesop products, and Nespresso machines. Alain Ducasse's Girandole offers modern Parisian brasserie cuisine, while The Peak Lounge & Bar presents a glass atrium with urban views.

🏨 stayAPT Suites celebrated its 40th location with a "40 Acts of Kindness" initiative, providing meaningful community contributions. The brand features apartment-style suites with a living room, full kitchen, and private bedroom, appealing to both long-term and short-term guests. Operating with 5-7 staff per property, aided by technology and a resident manager, reduces daily turnover. stayAPT Suites caters to various demographics, including business professionals, military personnel, and families, offering flexibility without sacrificing comfort or efficiency.
