🍴 Dallas, September 2, 2025: Feels Like Home hospitality group unveils Mamani, a contemporary French restaurant in Uptown. Led by brothers Brandon and Henry Cohanim and chef Christophe De Lellis, Mamani focuses on "bistronomie." Designed by Bryan O’Sullivan Studio, the 5,200 sq. ft. venue seats 109, including a 34-seat terrace. The menu blends French and Italian Riviera influences, featuring dishes like Maine Lobster and a 22-ounce rib eye. A wine list by Allie Naught and an Italian-inspired cocktail menu by Rubén Rolón complement the offerings. Mamani is followed by The Bread Club, opening in winter.

🏨 Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk will complete a $5.7 million renovation of its meeting and event spaces by late summer 2025. Located in San Antonio, Texas, design updates feature custom Axminster carpets, dark wood finishes, and bronze accents. Functional enhancements include a modern sound system, digital signage, and integrated audiovisual technology. Guestroom upgrades involve floor-to-ceiling windows and 75-inch TVs. Positioned near Riverwalk attractions, the hotel aims to blend modern design with local culture.

🍴 3rd Space Hospitality opens Ayah, a Morocco-inspired restaurant, on Houston Street, New York City. Executive Chef Geoffrey Lechantoux, trained under Meryem Cherkaoui, oversees the kitchen, assisted by Aïcha Sbaih. Their menu fuses traditional and modern Moroccan flavors, featuring dishes like Chhiwates and Pastilla. The bar, led by Adrien Lefort, offers drinks like The Dellah. Designed with DMDesigns, Ayah incorporates Moroccan crafts. It features three dining rooms and a central bar, blending Moroccan culture with New York style.

🏨 Kimpton will enter Napa Valley, California, with Kimpton Napa, a 123-room hotel opening in 2028. Encompassing two four-story buildings, it will offer amenities like morning coffee, evening refreshments, and pet-friendly services without extra charges. The project, managed by Stratus Development Partners, will include a rooftop bar, garden patio, and outdoor spa. This expansion is part of Kimpton’s growth, with nearly 150 global properties in development, including new locations in Texas, California, and Hawaii.

🏨 Crescent Hotels & Resorts has opened the dual-branded AC Hotel by Marriott Symphony Park and Element by Westin Symphony Park in Las Vegas, Nevada. Developed by Jackson-Shaw, this is the only dual-branded, non-gaming hotel in the Symphony Park district and the world's largest AC/Element hotel. It features a piano lounge, a saltwater pool, and 18,000 sq. ft. of event space. Located near The Smith Center, it includes a 19-foot sculpture by artist Larry Domsky.

📍 W Hotels reopened its New York Union Square property after a $100 million renovation of the 256-room Beaux-Arts building, originally completed in 1911. Rockwell Group led the redesign, including guest rooms, a new lobby, a rooftop bar, and a 1,215 sq ft penthouse. Wellness facilities now feature Peloton equipment. Seahorse restaurant, opening later this autumn, will be led by chef John Villa. Marriott Bonvoy aims for 80% of W Hotels' global portfolio renovations by 2028.

🏨 Sutton Hotel Collection will invest £9.5 million in refurbishing Castle Hotel Windsor, starting November 2025, completing in 2026. The multi-phase project includes a full makeover of all 108 rooms, a redesign of the ground floor, and a new British brasserie. The team is set to grow, aiming to enhance guest services for the 12 million tourists visiting Windsor annually. Located in central Windsor, the hotel offers a conference center accommodating up to 400 delegates.

🏨 In September 2025, the Grange Hotel in Grange-over-Sands, Cumbria, reopened after a multi-million-pound refurbishment. Located opposite the railway station, it now offers 56 bedrooms, including family and dog-friendly rooms, and two penthouse suites. The hotel can host events for up to 200 guests and features wellness facilities, such as a pool, sauna, and spa. General Manager Sam Gombos emphasized preserving its Edwardian heritage while modernizing the space.
