🏝️ Barbados, September 2025: Marriott International launches its Luxury Collection with the reopening of Colony Club on the Platinum Coast. Originally a 1930s residence, it now features redesigned rooms, expanded wellness areas, and new dining experiences. Highlights include 150+ rums in The Rum Vault, lagoon-style pools, and local cuisine at Laguna. The resort offers water sports and a unique wellness program. Reservations available from September 1. Part of Marriott Bonvoy, enhancing global travel connections.

🏨 L’Auberge de Sedona completed a $30 million expansion, introducing The Cliffs with 70 new guestrooms, totaling 158 accommodations. Located in Sedona, managed by Aimbridge Hospitality, and owned by DiamondRock Hospitality Company, the resort features a new Duck Pond Pool, redesigned Cress on Oak Creek restaurant, and expanded L’Apothecary Spa. Event spaces include the new Vista Overlook terrace. The resort is now part of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, bookable via Hilton.com.

🏨 Hilton's Signia brand expands in Texas as La Cantera Resort & Spa in San Antonio transitions to Signia by Hilton on October 1, 2025. The Ohana Real Estate-owned and Hilton-managed hotel features 496 rooms, including 34 villas, following a $40 million renovation. Dining includes nine options, with Signature Restaurant in the Michelin Guide Texas 2024. Guests enjoy wellness services, golf, five pools, and 115,000 sq ft for events. This addition joins other Signia locations globally.

🏨 Travelodge opened its 600th UK hotel in Skegness, with 80 rooms including 12 SuperRooms, located 400 meters from the Blue Flag beach. This new site created 22 jobs and features the chain's first top-floor bar café. It has achieved a BREEAM Excellent sustainability rating, and an EPC rating of A, using air source heat pumps and low-energy lighting. Nearby attractions include Skegness Pier and Natureland Seal Sanctuary.

🏠 Home Farm House, a three-bedroom cottage in the Cotswolds, opened near The Pig in the Cotswolds and The Village Pub. Just two minutes away, it features a farmhouse kitchen, sitting room, dining room, games room, and private garden. The Village Pub offers traditional British dishes, and The Pig in the Cotswolds provides a 25-mile menu with local produce. Desserts include Cotswold dairy cheesecake and roasted Victoria plums with sorbet.

🏨 Classic British Hotels has added Barnett Hill and Langshott Manor from The Alexander Hotel Collection. ???? 🏨 Danish designer Julie Cloos Mølsgaard transformed a 14th-century townhouse in Lagrasse, South of France, into Vipp's 12th guesthouse. The project features a red marble shower, sculptural staircase, and an aluminium kitchen. Lagrasse is known as one of France's prettiest villages. The townhouse was reorganized across three floors, with the kitchen and dining area on the first floor and a bedroom suite on the uppermost floor, showcasing a custom timber bed and marble shower tray.

🏨 My Place Hotels of America opened the My Place Hotel-Augusta, GA, in Aberdeen, South Dakota. This marks the third property from their franchise agreement with Rimrock Companies, which plans 10 properties across Tennessee, South Carolina, and Georgia by 2029. Located 10 minutes from Augusta National Golf Club, it features amenities like a 24-hour laundry, kitchenette, and free Wi-Fi. TGC Group manages the pet-friendly hotel. CEO Ryan Rivett emphasizes the strategic location and partnership success.

🏨 Germantown, Tennessee—McNeill Hotel Company and Kothe Real Estate Partners announced a groundbreaking for a 124-key Home2 Suites in Twin Falls, Idaho. Located near the Perrine Bridge, the hotel will provide views of the Snake River Canyon and access to the Canyon Rim walking trail. The development includes partners like Great Lakes Management Group and Roost Development. Guests can enjoy an outdoor patio bar overlooking the canyon, enhancing the regional economy and complementing local amenities.

🏨 Avion Hospitality will manage the 300-room DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Dallas – Campbell Centre, marking its 11th hotel in Texas. A multi-million-dollar renovation will revamp guest rooms, public spaces, and 11,600 square feet of event space. The hotel is located 6 miles north of Downtown Dallas. Founded in 2022, Avion specializes in full-service and luxury properties. CEO Robert Burg expressed excitement about enhancing this iconic Dallas skyline feature.
