🏨 House of Gods will open its first London property in Canary Wharf on 27 October. The 79-room hotel features a design-led, "maximalist" style, similar to its Edinburgh and Glasgow locations. Highlights include the Sacred Garden rooftop bar and restaurant with a 300-person capacity and views over Eden Dock. Backed by leisure investor Imbiba, the hotel aims to enhance Canary Wharf as a cultural and business hub, offering guests a unique and immersive experience.

🍴 Rosi, a new restaurant at Beaumont Mayfair hotel in London, opens on 1 October. Chef Lisa Goodwin-Allen, a Michelin-starred chef, leads the culinary team, working with Brendan Fyldes and Jozef Rogulski. The menu offers British classics with twists, featuring dishes like chicken Diane and English Wagyu steaks. The redesign, under CEO Stuart Procter, includes a vibrant interior. Desserts include a flamed sponge and Mayfair Millionaire Tart.

🏠 Located at Lübeckertordamm 2, near Hamburg's central station and Lake Alster, a new site comprises 185 apartments over 17 floors, each about 30 m², equipped with kitchenettes. The stay is digitally managed via smartphone, offering 24/7 customer service. The stylish interior blends burgundy, camel, and blue, with Verner Panton's lamps and artwork. The group, expanding its European presence, recently opened its first UK property in Brighton and appointed five new managing directors.

🏠 Dawid Konieczny redesigned a 55-square-meter Warsaw apartment, originally built in the 1950s by Jerzy Gieysztor and Jerzy Kumelowski. Located in Warsaw's Praga district, the apartment features Alpi veneer and honey-colored oak parquet. Konieczny reconfigured the spaces, including a new west-facing bedroom and an open-plan living area. Crafted details include a custom California Burr veneer shelving unit, angular dining chairs, and a low-slung bed frame. The bathroom features gridded tiles with a crimson-red sink.

📍 BWH Hotels announced the opening of GLō Best Western Bronx in New York City, a 72-room hotel offering modern and tech-enabled amenities. Located near the Bronx Zoo, Yankee Stadium, and New York Botanical Garden, it features multifunctional common areas, a business center, and exercise facilities. The hotel provides a complimentary full breakfast and proximity to major transit lines. Chetankumar Gandhi, the owner, highlights its reflection of the Bronx's energy.

🏨 Noble House Hotels & Resorts announced a brand refresh with a new logo and website. Founded in 1981, the company manages 29 properties, including a new $100 million, 96-room project in Paradise Valley, Arizona, opening in fall 2027. It also features renovations of Ocean Key Resort & Spa in Key West and the Chatham Inn in Cape Cod. This October, they launch The Great Plates Expedition at Headlands Coastal Lodge & Spa in Pacific City, Oregon, featuring chef Adam Glick.

🍴 Norman’s Japanese Grill opened on August 1, 2025, in Dallas, replacing the closed Homewood Restaurant in the Oak Lawn neighborhood. Duro Hospitality, known for original restaurant concepts, launched this Western-inspired Japanese raw bar and grill. The 3,100-square-foot space accommodates 105 patrons, including a seven-seat sushi bar and outdoor patio. Dishes blend Japanese and American West influences, offering nigiri, sashimi, and wood-fired specialties. Cocktails feature Japanese spirits, American whiskeys, and tequilas.

📍 InnVentures, August 2025, Denver—Hilton Garden Inn Denver Downtown completed renovations. Overseen by IIG Interior Image Group, the updates include 221 guestrooms with new features such as ergonomic chairs, and 6,700 square feet of meeting space. The Territory Kitchen & Bar also received a refresh. David Montrose of InnVentures highlights a new menu featuring comfort foods. The hotel, owned by Apple Hospitality REIT, is located near major attractions like the Colorado Convention Center.

🏨 Dreamscape Hospitality has taken over management of the St. Clair Inn in St. Clair, Michigan, as of 2025. Originally opened in 1926, the historic inn will join the Marriott Tribute Portfolio. The property includes 85 guestrooms and suites, three cottages, and over 34,000 square feet of event space. With a focus on enhancing its unique charm and guest experience, Dreamscape plans significant renovations. Culinary options include The Dive, Prohibition Bar, and 1926 Restaurant.
