🏢 Arriba Capital secured a $67 million construction loan for a dual-branded Hilton Home2 Suites & Hampton Inn in Nashville's East Bank, near Oracle's planned $2 billion headquarters. The borrower, a Southeast-based hospitality firm, will open the upper-midscale hotel in early 2027. Located in Scottsdale, Arizona, Arriba Capital facilitated this project to enhance hospitality options in the area.

🏨 Sandpiper, LLC, opened ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham in Reno, Nevada, in mid-July. It's the second ECHO Suites in their portfolio, offering a clean, affordable stay. Sandpiper CEO Carter Rise praised the location and customer response. Sandpiper Hospitality, managing nearly 70 hotels, oversees operations. Sandpiper owns 41 properties across eight brands in twelve states.

🏨 6,000 adults surveyed in the UK, US, and Australia show 72% feel fatigued, 60% find modern life unrestful, and 89% see travel as rejuvenating. Small Luxury Hotels of the World launches a Wellbeing Collection across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Americas with 15 properties, emphasizing nature and culture. 📍 Scheduled for Q3 2027, a new B&B HOTEL will open in Unterschleissheim, near Munich. With an investment of €9.6 million from Union Investment’s UniImmo: Europa fund, this sustainable redevelopment reuses existing infrastructure, reducing costs and environmental impact. The hotel will feature 50 underground parking spaces, 10 with EV charging stations. This project aims to fill a local market gap, while adding restaurants, retail, and potentially a fitness center to the Lohhof Quartier mixed-use development.

🏨 PM Hotel Group has opened the Cambria Hotel Portland Pearl District in Portland’s Pearl District. Featuring 178 rooms, the hotel offers amenities like a fitness studio, pet-friendly rooms, and a 1,350 sq. ft. meeting space. The on-site restaurant, Recess, serves local dishes. This opening is a strategic addition to PM Hotel Group’s portfolio, which includes properties like Aloft Portland Airport. Located near downtown attractions and the Oregon Convention Center, it enhances travel offerings.

🎵 Hard Days Night Hotel in Liverpool reopened its restaurant as North Sixty4 after an £87k refurbishment. Located on North John Street, it’s the first major update since 2008. The 98-cover venue led by Liam Baker-Bellew celebrates Liverpool's cultural history, including tributes to the Beatles. Renovations feature new lighting, tables, and decor. The menu, crafted by Jack Moss, offers grill dishes, pasta, and British staples. The redesign aims to combine casual dining with fine dining elements.
