🏨 Peachtree Group launched the 128-key SpringHill Suites Phoenix West Avondale in Avondale, Arizona, as a Delaware Statutory Trust (DST). Opened in August 2024, this is Peachtree’s ninth DST offering since 2022, benefiting from Phoenix's growth and economic expansion. The property offers modern design and enhanced amenities, without the need for change-of-ownership improvements. Peachtree’s nine DST offerings boast over $291 million in debt-free transactions, providing tax-efficient investment opportunities via 1031 exchanges.

🏨 Stonebridge adds the 244-room Marriott Saddle Brook in New Jersey to its portfolio, following a comprehensive renovation.
