🏖️ Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts plans to open a new resort in Abu Dhabi on a private island by 2030. The project will include 60 guestrooms, 30 villas, and 90 mansions. Features include a 1,200-square-meter villa, a 2,000-square-meter spa, restaurants, and a Yacht Club with a 40-berth marina. Eagle Hills, the project owner, partners with Bvlgari, emphasizing luxury and cultural identity. Landscape design by LAND SRL will integrate Italian and Arabian influences.

🍴 Patatino opens at The Hoxton, Edinburgh on Tuesday, July 1st, offering a modern Italian trattoria experience in Haymarket. Guests dining from July 1st to 6th receive 50% off food. The menu includes Italian dishes made with Scottish produce, like linguine with crab and Amalfi lemon, and pizzas with Scottish buffalo mozzarella. Design features include a Baroque-style fountain and vibrant decor. Patatino offers an all-Italian wine list and creative cocktails with Italian influences. 🌴 Oil Nut Bay's Sundara Spa + Studio opens in Virgin Gorda, British Virgin Islands. The overwater wellness space, designed by Jenn Zella and Carlos Agelet De Saracibar, is open to the public and features 360-degree ocean views, a hospitality bar, a boutique, and two treatment rooms. It offers yoga, Pilates, and more. Located on a 400-acre resort with villas and a beach club, Sundara uses VOYA organic seaweed skincare products for treatments.

🏨 Loftstyle Hotel Gerlingen, near Stuttgart, features 167 rooms, with 80 renovated in Loftstyle design. It offers eight meeting rooms for up to 320 guests, including one with a rooftop terrace. Amenities include a 24-hour bar, lounge, fitness center, restaurant, parking garage, and electric car charging stations. This expansion aligns with BWH Hotels' strategy to enhance its European footprint and cater to business travelers. Renovations will complete the property’s transformation, boosting its regional significance.

🏨 Earlier this year, the Denizen McKinney Hotel opened in McKinney, Texas, designed collaboratively by Archstreet Hotel Partners, Aimbridge Hospitality, 5G Studios, and Ink + Oro. This 102-room hotel combines a limited-service model with a luxury experience, featuring custom-designed furniture and a residential style. Design elements like a fireplace wall and staircase offer a sense of grandness, and materials such as white oak flooring and Italian leather enhance guest comfort and aesthetic appeal.

🏨 HEI Hotels & Resorts added Waymore’s Guest House and Social Club in Nashville, Tennessee, to its portfolio, now totaling over 100 properties. Located on Nashville’s East Bank, Waymore’s offers 93 rooms, 4,000 sq ft of meeting space, and two F&B outlets, including the Tall Tales rooftop lounge. The hotel is near corporate hubs, universities, and entertainment venues. HEI CEO Anthony Rutledge emphasized expanding their partnership with L+R Hotels to enhance market positioning.

🏨 BWH Hotels expanded globally with nearly 100 new hotels in the first half of 2025, targeting Latin America, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. The company's pipeline includes over 200 hotels and 15,000 keys, aiming for 5,000 hotels worldwide. Notable additions include the Zion Wildflower Resort in Utah and properties in Mexico, China, Turkey, and Australia. In the Middle East, eight new hotels solidify plans for 70 properties by 2027, with a focus on luxury and business travel.
