Marriott debuts StudioRes brand in Fort Myers, Fla.

Ennismore expands in the Americas with new openings, signings

The Delano East Cape opens in 2029 in Los Cabos with 117 rooms, while Hyde Mexico City arrives later in 2023 with 215 rooms. Mama Shelter Mexico City opens in 2025 with 100 rooms. Ennismore’s first all-inclusive, SLS Playa Mujeres, launched in 2024 with 498 rooms. Mondrian Residences Hallandale Beach adds 250 condos.

Sonesta opens Signature Inn near Miami Airport

New voco hotel to open at Alexanderplatz, Berlin

🏨 Novum Hospitality, IHG Hotels & Resorts, and the Hilpert Group will open a new voco Hotel in Berlin-Mitte by late 2028. Located at Mollstraße 4, near Alexanderplatz, the hotel will have 440 rooms over 14,650 square meters. Construction starts mid-2026. This is the first voco Hotel by Novum Hospitality and marks their eighth collaboration with IHG since April 2024. Together, they manage over 1,400 rooms across various brands.
