The project, led by Nick Cox Architects and Historic England, involved replacing the glass ceiling with timber and slate. 🏨 Marriott International has launched two new properties in the Herdade dos Salgados, Algarve, Portugal. The Algarve Marriott Salgados Golf Resort & Conference Centre offers 228 rooms, four pools, four dining venues, and a 1,596-seat auditorium. The Marriott Residences Salgados Resort includes 192 units with full kitchens, 10 outdoor pools, and sports amenities. Both locations feature extensive conference facilities across 9,000 square meters. Marriott plans further expansion with JW Marriott Algarve Palmares Hotel & Spa in Lagos by 2028.

🌴 Hotel Wren, a revamped 1940s motel, opens in Twentynine Palms, California, just 10 minutes from Joshua Tree National Park. Designed by Jessica Pell, the 12-room property blends desert history and modern design. Suites feature Parachute linens, Wonder Valley products, and no TVs, encouraging presence and reflection. Windsong, the on-site bodega, offers handcrafted goods. The hotel, for guests 21+, supports local conservation efforts.

Located near ANR Robinson International Airport, the resort will provide easy access to Argyle Falls and Speyside.
