🏖️ Gaylord Pacific Resort & Convention Center, a $1.3 billion project, opened in Chula Vista, California, as the first Gaylord property on the West Coast and sixth overall. It features 1,600 guestrooms, including 89 suites, a 4.25-acre water park, and over 477,000 square feet of meeting space. The resort offers 12 dining options and the largest hotel convention center in California. Located seven miles from San Diego, it includes various amenities such as a spa, fitness center, and bike rentals.

🏨 Kimpton Hotel Monaco Seattle, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, is undergoing renovations to upgrade its 189 guestrooms, including 45 junior suites and an Ambassador suite. The hotel, owned by InnVest Hotels, will introduce a new restaurant concept focusing on Pacific Northwest ingredients. Inspired by Seattle's essence, the redesign includes references to Lake Washington’s Underwater Forest. Renovations will conclude by early June, followed by a grand re-opening celebration.

🏨 IHG Hotels & Resorts will open Hotel Indigo Torquay in Devon, UK, by late 2025. This will be the 26th Hotel Indigo in the UK & Ireland, featuring 153 rooms, a rooftop bar, and a spa. Part of IHG's strategy to expand in leisure markets, it strengthens their portfolio, which includes 363 hotels in the region. Torquay's seaside charm aligns with Hotel Indigo’s lifestyle brand appeal.

🏠 Edgar Suites opens its second residence, Hameau, in Paris's 15th arrondissement at 38 rue du Hameau, transforming a former office into a 2,600 m² sustainable hospitality space. The aparthotel offers 150 rooms, from T1 to T4, certified BREEAM Excellent. Designed by Dubuisson Architecture and Studio Briand et Berthereau, it supports sustainable tourism. By 2025, Edgar plans six new French residences, with three in Paris, expanding nationally and soon to Europe.

🏠 Placemakr, in partnership with Pacific Development & Bridge Investment Group and managed by Greystar, has launched its first pop-up location in Reno, Nevada, offering 66 apartment-style hotel suites with diverse amenities. This expansion is Placemakr’s first in Nevada and part of their broader growth, with five new properties launched nationwide in 2025. 🏠 Kronos Homes launched sales for 96 luxury residences at Salgados Resort, Algarve, Portugal. The residences include 42 Westin and 54 Marriott units, managed by Highgate Portugal.
