🏢 Shiko Group, launched in April 2024, boasts eight venues in Manchester and Leeds including Side Street, Courts Club, The Lawn Club, The Dome, The Stables, Foley’s, Fearns, and The Canary. Side Street accommodates 360 guests; Courts Club has a capacity of 450 and features a court; The Lawn Club seats 440 patrons; The Dome is a unique rooftop space; The Stables is ideal for various events; Foley’s offers specialty coffee; The Canary and Fearns both provide waterside views in Leeds, with Fearns able to host 500 people.

🌮 From 16 April to mid-October 2025, Hilton Lake Como will host 'Streetfood', featuring an Italian market in Taffeta garden. Executive Chef Stefano Ghielmetti introduces a 'Nonna menu' with traditional dishes. Guests can buy local produce, including olive oil, Terazza 241 gin, and Streetfood pasta. The market, offering live cooking stations, an Aperol Spritz cart, a Piaggio Ape Pizza cart, and a Gelato cart, is open 6pm-midnight, Friday-Tuesday, and daily in June-August. Rooms start at €350/night.

📍 TBR Global Chauffeuring, a premium ground transportation firm based in Glasgow, has opened a new office in Tokyo's Kamiyacho Trust Tower. This marks TBR's fourth Asia-Pacific hub, adding to locations in Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Singapore. The company, operating in Japan for over a decade, reports a robust year-on-year growth of 25% in the region, aiming to bolster its services for global customers in major Japanese cities and cater to sectors like financial roadshows, international events, and corporate travel.

🏦 The Vanguard Hotel by Marriott International's Autograph Collection opened in Ann Arbor, Mich., targeting university visitors, alumni, and business travelers. It features 188 rooms, including 24 one-bedroom suites and 10 dual-king-bed suites, some with private patios. Guests enjoy Dyson hairdryers, Le Labo products, and espresso machines. La Serre, the onsite French-inspired brasserie, offers a wine list and a raw bar. 🏨 Choice Hotels International announced three Everhome Suites openings in Huntsville, Alabama; Chandler, Arizona; and Temecula, California. The company now operates 10 Everhome Suites nationally, with plans for 25 by year-end and over 65 in the pipeline. Everhome Suites Huntsville features 98 guestrooms, Chandler has 114, and Temecula boasts 117. The brand, contributing to a 10% year-over-year growth in Choice Hotels’ domestic extended-stay rooms, represents about half of the economy and midscale extended-stay hotels opened or under construction in 2024.

🏦 UK's vacant Atlas House on King Street, Cheapside, London, first built in 1836, will be redeveloped into a luxury boutique hotel by Blue Orchid Hospitality. Owned by Integrity International Group and led by Tony Matharu, the Grade II-listed building will feature 104 guest rooms, a restaurant, cocktail bar, health club, spa, swimming pool, gym, and flexible public workspaces. Aiming for a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating and Biodiversity Net Gain, the redevelopment focuses on restoration to preserve the site's character. The hotel adds to Blue Orchid’s London portfolio, including Tower Suites and 55 Broadway.
