🏕 Six Senses Comporta, under IHG Hotels & Resorts, will feature a 70-key hotel and 58 branded residences in the 400-hectare Pinheirinho estate near Lisbon. The area, once private, is designed to blend with nature, with architecture inspired by pine forests, sand dunes, and lakes. The resort will include 66 deluxe rooms, suites, three garden villas, a presidential villa, paths inspired by sacred geometry, and amenities focused on sustainability, wellness, and community. Culinary experiences will emphasize local, seasonal ingredients, and the spa will integrate into the landscape. Six Senses Comporta is set to open in 2028, joining IHG's Luxury & Lifestyle portfolio with nearly 100 open hotels in Europe and 24 properties in Portugal.

🍴 Reach Hospitality is set to open Evelyn, a Hollywood-inspired steakhouse, on Wednesday in Dallas' design district. The 9,500-square-foot venue, designed by ICrave, will feature The Piano Room and The Ruby Room, each with 75 to 100 seats, plus Room Seven lounge. Evelyn offers a beverage program with classic cocktails and martinis priced from $17-$22. The concept aims to provide a luxury space for dining, dancing, and a full night out. The steakhouse will be closed on Mondays.

🏨 Dreamscape Hospitality now manages the Hyatt Regency Houston West, located in Houston’s Energy Corridor with 400 guestrooms and suites. The hotel boasts 25,000 square feet of event space with advanced audiovisual capabilities and offers amenities like high-speed Wi-Fi, a 24-hour fitness center, and an outdoor heated pool. Dining options include Cafe on the Lake, Black Gold Bar, Pool Bar, and Grab & Go Market. Ideal for both business and leisure travelers, it provides access to corporate offices, Houston West Hospital, and CityCentre, plus Bear Creek Pioneers Park and Memorial City Mall.

🌳 Treehouse Hotel Manchester opened at Blackfriars Street and Deansgate, offering 200 rooms including three accessible rooms and a Treetop Suite to come. Following Treehouse Hotel London's 2019 launch, it's the second UK location. The hotel features a 43-seat screening room, seven meeting spaces for up to 400 guests, and a fitness area named "The Playground." Dining includes Pip restaurant and the upcoming Sister Moon on the 14th floor, set to open in 2025. The hotel emphasizes local collaborations and eco-conscious design.

🏨 Hilton and Black Label Hotels (BLH) will open the Hilton Garden Inn Brussels Airport in October 2025 at The Wings business complex, near Brussels Airport. The partnership's third venture offers 250 rooms, meeting facilities, a restaurant, and is the only hotel with dedicated airline crew lounges in the area. Located in Diegem, The Wings holds BREEAM Excellent, WELL Gold, and DGNB Gold certifications. The CO2-neutral complex aligns with Hilton and BLH's commitment to sustainable and high-quality hospitality.

☕ Qima Café opened its second site in Covent Garden as the UK's first tree-to-cup café brand, created by DLSM Studio. Building on their 2019 Warren Street café, they source from over 7,000 farmers. The design features terracotta, clay plaster, and marbles, with a central coffee counter and artisanal retail offerings. Covent Garden's flagship café at 21-22 New Row, WC2N 4LA, enhances Qima's reputation for quality coffee, pastries, and sustainability.

🏨 BWH Hotels to open a second Aiden by Best Western hotel in Velbert, Germany, targeting younger audience, set for July 2025. The Aiden by Best Western Velbert will feature 110 rooms, eight meeting rooms, two with roof terraces. It follows the first German location's success and is part of BWH Hotels' expansion, spotlighting the German market's significance and potentially leading to more European projects.

🏠 Marriott International's City Express by Marriott Duluth, 30 minutes from downtown Atlanta, is the first U.S. location, marking the brand's North American midscale segment entry. Over a dozen properties are to open regionally in 2023, following the 2022 acquisition of City Express. The brand offers high-speed internet, complimentary breakfast, 24-hour market, pet-friendly rooms, and fitness facilities. Over 45 signed agreements are in place, with upcoming openings in New Orleans Northeast, Chicago Downtown, Orlando International Drive, and Port Hope, Ontario. Expansion plans include Argentina, Bolivia, Nicaragua, Peru, and Brazil, with eight properties expected within three years. The U.S. and Canada properties will join Marriott Bonvoy's travel program.

🏨 Hilton partnered with Societe Hoteliere Economique D'Investissement de Gerone Nord to launch the first Spark by Hilton in Spain. Located in Madrid, the Spark by Hilton Madrid Alcalá at Albarracín 42, San Blas-Canillejas, will feature 95 rooms and is set to open in summer 2025. Spark by Hilton already operates in the UK, Germany, Austria, and Poland, with France to follow. Carlos Miró sees significant opportunities in Spain's premium economy sector. Hilton is a U.S.-based hotel group with 32 current job offers.

📌 stayAPT Suites signs franchise agreement with Capstone Stay for five new locations in Rossford, Ohio; Evansville, Ind.; Gardner, Kan.; Wentzville, Missouri; and Liberty, Missouri. Initial focus on Rossford and Evansville. Expansion includes a pipeline of 40 hotels set to open by April 2025. Each property features full-size kitchens, living rooms, separate bedrooms, outdoor courtyards with grill stations, fire pits, and on-site fitness and laundry facilities. Partnership leverages Capstone’s modular construction for accelerated growth and streamlined development.
