A New Era for Dining at Ad Gefrin: Introducing Bēodern
🍷 Ad Gefrin Anglo-Saxon Museum and Distillery in Wooler, Northumberland, launches Bēodern for evening dining on 21st March 2025, marking its second anniversary. Head Chef Olivier Borja, with 30+ years of experience including Michelin-starred restaurants, introduces an a la carte menu featuring local ingredients, like Homemade Game Terrine and Mackerel Escabeche. Bēodern sources from local suppliers such as Particularly Good Potatoes and Doddington Dairy. It offers dinner Thursday to Saturday, and lunch daily, including a standout Sunday Lunch.
