🍺 Daniel Boulud, renowned chef with multiple restaurants since 1993, opened his first steakhouse, La Tête d’Or, in Manhattan's Flatiron District on November 19. Located in the redesigned One Madison tower, the steakhouse offers a 120-seat dining room, bar, lounge, and two private rooms. The menu features American classics with a French twist, including a range of steaks like black Angus and Japanese A5 wagyu, seafood platters, and sauces. The wine list highlights reds from Bordeaux and Napa Valley.

🏠 The Menhaden, a 16-room luxury boutique hotel in Greenport Village, New York, becomes one of the first U.S. hotels to receive the MICHELIN Key distinction. Owned by Atlantic Equity Partners and located at 207 Front St., it offers private experiences and has amenities such as a rooftop deck and an eco-friendly electric house car. The hotel has been titled 'Best Hotel of the North Fork' for three years and features festive events like the 'Shellabration' Restaurant Walk benefitting the Cornell Cooperative Marine Extension Program.

🏦 Kimpton, an IHG Hotels & Resorts brand, to open new luxury hotel and branded residences in Monterrey, Mexico, by 2026. Kimpton Monterrey, the brand's sixth property in Mexico, will be part of Torre Rise, set to be the tallest tower in Latin America. Operated by Marca Hotel Solutions and owned by Grupo Alora, the hotel will offer 120 guestrooms, 60 private residences, an indoor pool, sauna, massage rooms, a restaurant, bar, meeting and social spaces. IHG is expanding its branded residences space, with amenities like morning coffee service, evening social hour, and pet-friendly policies. Monterrey is Mexico's second-largest economy, and guests will have access to Torre Rise’s sky deck, performance center, park, and luxury retail. Kimpton Monterrey joins other Kimpton properties in Mexico City, Todos Santos, Tulum, and upcoming ones in Riviera Maya and Mexico City's Polanco. Kimpton has 78 hotels open globally and 57 projects in development.

🏠 Arlo Hotels launched Arlo Washington, DC, their seventh property and first in the nation's capital, with a ribbon-cutting on November 18, 2024. The grand opening included speeches by government and business officials, and the hotel's general manager. Celebrations featured a reception at Arrels by Chef Pepe Moncayo, and a rooftop event at ART DC with live music and art exhibitions. The hotel emphasizes local culture, original art, and culinary experiences, aiming to provide a hub for entertainment and community engagement.

🏨 Everhome Suites by Choice Hotels International expands with new hotels in Fayetteville, N.C., Cheyenne, Wyo., and a groundbreaking in Clarksville, Tenn. Portfolio includes 7 open hotels, over 20 under construction, nearly 30 expected by 2025-end, and more than 65 planned. Fayetteville and Cheyenne hotels have 114 rooms each; Clarksville hotel will have 115 rooms and open in spring 2026. Developed with Highside Companies, who have 4 opened and 13 under construction with Choice Hotels. Properties cater to extended stay guests, offering full kitchens, spa-style bathrooms, and amenities like a fitness center and Homebase Market.

❄ Opening from 27th November to March 2025, the London Bridge Rooftop transforms into an Alpine-themed destination featuring vintage ski decor, live DJs, festive food, and cocktails. Weekday lunches offer a £20 festive menu, while the £25 menu is available from 3pm. "We Got This Friday!" parties with house, garage, and disco music, and "Après Brunch" Saturdays with 90 minutes of bottomless drinks for £45. Sundays in December feature £6 Aperol Spritz or mulled wine. Private hire includes 10-person cable cars and a Christmas Grotto, with a New Year's Eve party offering unlimited drinks and a Moet toast at midnight. Bookings are recommended via their website.

🏖 Hyatt Hotels expands Me and All Hotels with a new property in Flims, Switzerland, the brand's first hotel outside Germany. The Franchise agreement with Lindner Hotel Group will add the Me and All Hotel Flims as the fifth Hyatt-branded hotel in Switzerland, featuring 73 keys—47 guestrooms and 26 apartments, near the Flims-Laax-Falera resort with 136 miles of ski slopes and 205 miles of bike trails. The property, accessible from Zurich, offers multiple dining options, a sun deck, après-ski, cinema, a spa and fitness area over 9,149 square feet, and 1,442 square feet of meeting space. Hyatt acquired Me and All Hotels earlier this year, adding six hotels and over 1,000 rooms to its portfolio.

🏨 Marriott International and Delonix Group to expand Tribute Portfolio in mainland China with eight signings, including three deals from May and five new properties. The new hotels, opening between 2025 and 2026, are located in Shaoxing, Wenzhou, Shangrao, Jiangyin, and Changxing. Two hotels from the May signings have already opened. The expansion is part of a long-term agreement signed in January, aiming for at least 100 Tribute Portfolio properties in China in the coming years. Properties feature 152 to 346 guest rooms and capitalize on unique cultural or scenic locations.

📍 W Hotels, of Marriott Bonvoy’s portfolio, reveals W Prague in the Czech Republic, transforming the historic Grand Hotel Evropa. The hotel offers 161 guestrooms, including the WOW Bohemia Duplex and an E-WOW Suite on the 8th floor. The design features Art Nouveau style and a new 9-storey wing. W Prague provides a variety of dining options, a rooftop bar, and the AWAY Spa with a WET pool, sauna, and treatment rooms. The hotel aims to blend Prague’s cultural legacy with contemporary luxury, offering a new destination for modern travelers.

🍴 Aqua New York, offering Italian and Japanese cuisines, opened on November 11 in Manhattan's Flatiron District. Occupying a 24,000-square-foot space, the venue seats 432 guests, includes three 10-person private dining rooms, a private lounge with DJ station, and claims the city's longest sushi bar with 22 seats. Aqua Spirit, the 44-seat bar, features sakes, wines, and country-inspired cocktails. This is the third U.S. establishment by Aqua Restaurant Group, following locations in New York and Miami.
