🏨 A-1 Hospitality Group partners with Delta Inn Hotel Group, adding three Portland, Ore. airport hotels to its portfolio: Courtyard by Marriott (150-key), Hilton Garden Inn (121 rooms), and Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott (104 rooms). This expansion grows A-1's holdings to 20 properties across five states, including 645 keys in the Portland area. The strategic partnership aims to leverage combined strengths for hospitality industry growth and innovation.

🏕 Marriott International acquires Postcard Cabins and enters a long-term agreement with Trailborn to expand its outdoor lodging offerings. The Postcard Cabins portfolio, previously known as Getaway Outposts, includes over 1,200 cabins across 29 properties. Trailborn's portfolio has 559 rooms across five destinations and several development projects. Both brands will integrate into Marriott Bonvoy's system in 2025, broadening accommodation choices for the 219+ million Marriott Bonvoy members. The outdoor-focused collection aims to cater to the increasing interest in nature-immersive travel experiences.

🏕 Azul Hospitality announced the debut of Red Cliffs Lodge Zion in SAN DIEGO, California, following an extensive renovation. The Lodge, located near Zion National Park, switched to Azul's management in early 2024 and was rebranded from The Lodge at Zion Country. Renovations included new amenities like Scout Bar & Grill, outdoor firepits, poolside cabanas, a fitness center, and 1,000 square feet of meeting space. All 132 guest rooms and suites were redesigned. Red Cliffs Lodge Zion joins the Red Cliffs Lodges collection, with a sister property in Moab, Utah.

🏖️ Maritim Hotels, set to open Maritim Resort Calabria in Villapiana, Italy in April 2025, will feature 324 rooms and suites. Occupying 93,000 square meters, it includes three pools, two restaurants, three bars, an indoor theater, and a nightclub. The resort offers sports facilities with seven tennis courts, a multi-purpose court, a football pitch, a boccia court, a bike station, an archery range, and a 325-square-meter indoor fitness area, plus a Nautical Center. The wellness center spans 4,000 square meters with a Turkish bath, saunas, an ice room, a hydromassage pool, and a spa suite.

🏨 The Omni Severin Hotel in Indianapolis, built in 1913, completed a $24 million renovation, blending its art deco origins with modern features. It offers 424 rooms, including 36 suites with amenities like lofts and private balconies. The hotel, near the historic Union Station, introduces the new 8th Notch Cafe & Market and Bar Cardinale. Its renovation is part of Omni's investment in its national portfolio of over 50 properties.

🏕️ La Concha Key West, managed by Remington Hospitality, transitioned from a Crowne Plaza to a Marriott Autograph Collection property after a $35-million renovation in 2023. Located on Duval Street, Key West, the hotel offers 160 guest rooms, 14 suites, and seven Grand Dame Villas with concierge-level services. Notable features include Pure Wellness air purification systems in 10 rooms and a reimagined food and beverage experience with venues like Tropicado and Perla. The property aims to immerse guests in local culture, highlighted by partnerships with Key West organizations and cultural events.

🏠 The TownePlace Suites Knoxville Cedar Bluff was sold on December 3, 2024, by Hunter Hotel Advisors to a local investor, with representation from Tim Osborne, senior vice president. Located in a commercial and retail corridor near I-75 & I-40, the hotel is close to Downtown Knoxville, the University of Tennessee, and major corporations. The 97-key hotel offers amenities like a fitness center and outdoor pool. The new owner plans to renovate the property to meet current TownePlace standards.

📰 Extended Stay America, a leading mid-priced extended stay hotel brand in the U.S., announces the opening of Extended Stay America Premier Suites – Nashville – Smyrna in Tennessee, developed by RREAF Holdings and managed by McNeill Hotel Company. The three-story, 115-room property offers free Wi-Fi, breakfast, a fitness center, laundry, pet-friendly outdoor area, and fully equipped kitchens in suites. Positioned near key facilities like Nissan’s Smyrna Vehicle Assembly Plant, Amazon Fulfillment Center, and Middle Tennessee University, it aims to serve long-term guests. This marks Extended Stay America Premier Suites’ growth as the fastest-growing midscale extended stay brand since its 2021 launch, doubling its franchise owners in the past year.

🏦 Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group to manage two prestigious hotels: Hôtel Lutetia in Paris and Conservatorium Hotel in Amsterdam, starting early 2025. The rebranding to Mandarin Oriental Lutetia, Paris and Mandarin Oriental Conservatorium, Amsterdam will occur in January 2026, following property upgrades. Lutetia, founded in 1910, boasts 184 rooms and a 7,500-square-foot wellness center. Conservatorium, housed in a 19th-century building, offers 129 rooms and a wellness center. Both hotels are set to enhance Mandarin Oriental's luxury hospitality footprint in Europe.
