🏖️ Hyatt Hotels Corporation and RLH Properties announced Park Hyatt Cabo del Sol's debut, marking the first Park Hyatt in Mexico. Located in Cabo del Sol, Baja California Sur, the resort features 163 guestrooms and 88 suites with ocean views, private terraces, and plunge pools. With 34,500 square feet for events and a 59,000-square-foot wellness center, it's a luxury destination. Dining includes Costamar and Mesa Madre, with Executive Chef Miguel Gomez leading culinary efforts. Araya Spa opens in Q1 2026.

🏖️ Meliá Hotels International partners with Gruppo Stay to open its first project in the Dolomites, set for May 2026 in Auronzo di Cadore, Italy. The four-star hotel will offer 53 rooms, a restaurant, bar, and spa, becoming Meliá's 16th Italian property. Just two hours from Venice, it's ideal for exploring the UNESCO-designated Cadore Dolomiti. It will coincide with the 2026 Milano-Cortina Winter Olympics and features proximity to Dolomiti Superski, with 450 lifts and 1,200 km of slopes.

🏨 Hilton and Higuerón Developments announced the Waldorf Astoria Marbella, opening in 2029 in Spain's Malaga Province. The resort will feature 120 guest rooms, 120 branded residences, a 750 sqm spa, and a championship golf course redesigned by Robert Trent Jones Jr. Dining options include Peacock Alley and a signature restaurant. The signing ceremony was on 5 November in New York, attended by Hilton CEO Christopher J. Nassetta and Higuerón CEO Javier Rodríguez.

Hilton and NILE Hospitality will introduce five Hampton by Hilton hotels in India within two years, targeting Amritsar, Vrindavan, Raipur, and Lonavala. The expansion involves over 350 keys, catering to mid-market travelers with localized offerings. Hampton by Hilton maintains its status as the #1 lodging franchise for 16 years. Each hotel will feature optimized layouts and regionally inspired amenities, including a unique breakfast concept. 🏨 Louvre Hotels Group opened the Kyriad L’Isle-d’Abeau with 53 rooms, near A43 highway, L’Isle-d’Abeau station, and a commercial zone. A restaurant, in partnership with Giorgio e Basta, will open soon. Louvre has over 1,750 hotels in 70 countries, with Kyriad having more than 500 3-star hotels. New partner Jean-François Moughamian joins to expand, including a Golden Tulip in 2027 at Bourgoin-Jallieu.
