🏖️ Le Clay, an active lifestyle hotel in the Lavaux region, is set to open in late summer 2026 with 105 rooms. Located near Lake Geneva, it will feature Shiji's integrated hospitality technology, including Daylight PMS and Infrasys POS. Part of the Seiler Constantin collection, Le Clay aims to offer a connected guest experience with two restaurants, two bars, and extensive wellness facilities. Shiji's system supports seamless operations and reduces errors.

📍 IHG Hotels & Resorts launched Garner Hotel Pattaya Central in Thailand, marking Garner's debut in Southeast Asia. The hotel features 153 rooms, located in Pattaya, a two-hour drive from Bangkok. Guests enjoy amenities such as fast Wi-Fi, premium rooms, and a rooftop pool. Since its 2023 launch, Garner has expanded to 72 hotels worldwide, with 80 more in progress, including locations in Europe, the US, and Asia, like the newly opened Garner Hotel Kyoto Shijo Karasuma.

🏨 Hilton Arcadia Los Angeles, a 173-room hotel, opens at the base of the San Gabriel Mountains. Managed by Azul Hospitality Group, it features rooftop dining and 17,000 sq. ft. of event space. Guests enjoy modern rooms, suites with mountain views, and diverse dining options. Located near Santa Anita Park and Pasadena attractions, amenities include a heated outdoor pool and a 24-hour fitness center. 🏨 Hilton, October 2023, Medellín, Colombia: York Medellin, Curio Collection by Hilton, opens as the third Curio Collection hotel in Colombia, joining Cartagena and Bogota. Located in El Poblado, the hotel features 111 suites, a rooftop infinity pool, and dining options like Nomade Restaurant and Ze View Rooftop Bar. Hilton operates nearly 300 hotels in the Caribbean and Latin America, with over 150 more in development. This new addition emphasizes Hilton's growth in the region.

🏖️ Hilton launches the Slackline Moab in Utah, a 138-room retreat for adventurers located near Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. The pet-friendly hotel offers hiking, biking, and stargazing experiences led by local experts. Amenities include a gear shop, outdoor pool, flexible meeting rooms, free parking, and EV charging. Part of Hilton's Outset Collection, this property prioritizes exploration and comfort, featuring the Little Station Coffee + Kitchen with trail-friendly meals.

🏨 Located in Køge, 27 minutes from Copenhagen, Rox Resort by ESS Group opened in November 2025. The luxury retreat offers 156 rooms with private balconies, a rooftop Pool Club, and nine meeting rooms. Designed by Spik Studios, the interiors feature a 1920s influence. Dining includes R.F. Culinary offerings include LA HACIENDA, led by Chef Martin Hernandez Lopez, and CARIÑO, with designs by Pablo Castellanos. The hotel redefines hospitality with communal spaces, vibrant design, and lifestyle-driven experiences.

🌴 MGallery Collection is expanding into the Maldives, opening V Villas Maldives at Mirihi by early 2026. Located on Mirihi Island, South Ari Atoll, the resort will be the brand's first in the Maldives. The existing Mirihi Island Resort will undergo renovations led by Studio Gronda, featuring 42 villas. VIE Maldives Pvt Ltd, part of Major Cineplex Group, owns the resort. Access is via a 25-minute seaplane from Malé International Airport. Sustainability and luxury are key focuses.

🏨 Rocco Forte Hotels will open Masseria del Cardinale in Fasano, Puglia, by 2028, expanding their presence in the region after Masseria Torre Maizza's 2019 debut. The estate, featuring 86 rooms, a spa, and pool, is being developed with PGIM and Dekus, with design overseen by Olga Polizzi and Luigi Fragola Architects. This marks part of a broader expansion, with four new Italian openings planned by 2027, reinforcing Italy's importance to the brand's growth.
