🏨 LOS ANGELES, California—The Peninsula Beverly Hills updated its 195 guestrooms and rooftop with Hirsch Bedner Associates. Aimed ahead of its 35th anniversary in 2026, the renovation features new color schemes, French-inspired furniture, and improved room layouts. Original elements like Rose Aurora marble vanities were retained, while the rooftop now boasts 10 luxury cabanas offering 50” TVs and personalized dining.

🏖 Scheduled for 2026, Marriott International will open The St. Regis London in Mayfair, marking the brand's UK debut.

🏨 Opening in 2026, The St. Regis London, located in the redeveloped Westbury Mayfair, will offer 195 rooms, including 64 suites. Marco Novella is the General Manager, emphasizing leadership and service excellence. This project is a strategic move for Marriott, enhancing its presence in London's luxury market. The St. Regis brand will consolidate Marriott’s foothold in Europe, aligning with recent expansions like The St. Regis Belgrade and The St. Regis Bodrum.

🏨 Surya Hotels completed a £5 million refurbishment of Great Hallingbury Manor near Bishop’s Stortford, five minutes from Stansted Airport. The 18-month project added a lake-view restaurant, upgraded conference spaces, and two woodland lodges, with plans for four more. The hotel now features 50 bedrooms, including three new suites, and a redesigned garden room restaurant. Interior design was led by Jayne Nelson Interiors, with bespoke features. New meeting rooms accommodate 24 and 16 guests.

🏨 Marriott opened a 98-room hotel in Paris on October 10, 2023, showcasing contemporary design and eco-friendly features. Hilton launched a 250-room resort in Bali on October 12, 2023, blending luxury with traditional Indonesian architecture. IHG will debut a 120-room boutique property in New York on October 15, 2023, offering personalized service and innovative dining options. Accor's 300-room hotel in Dubai, scheduled for October 18, 2023, promises futuristic amenities and panoramic views.

🏨 Ennismore plans to open The Hoxton, Madrid in 2026 at Plaza de Santa Ana, marking its second Spanish location after Barcelona (opened 2022). The hotel will feature 192 rooms, an all-day coffee bar, Il Bambini Club, and rooftop bar Cayo Coco. Refurbishment is led by Petra AM and Urban Input Group. Part of Ennismore’s global expansion, other future openings include Oslo, Kraków, Hamburg, Melbourne, and Nashville.

🍴 New York City's the Group Hospitality expanded to Washington, D.C., with the Omakase Room by Tadayoshi on September 27. This is their third D.C. restaurant and fourth Omakase location overall. Chef Tadayoshi Motoa, known for Michelin-starred Restaurant Toki in Madrid, oversees a 20-course menu with a $200 prix fixe. The minimalist 12-seat space at 14th and G Street N.W. offers 6:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. seatings.

📍 Ennismore partners with Cain for Delano brand revival, introducing Delano SoHo New York, Delano London, and reopening Delano Miami Beach in 2026. Delano Miami Beach will feature 171 guestrooms and suites, including new restaurant and bar concepts. Delano SoHo, in Hudson Square, will house 390 guestrooms in a 46-story tower with expansive event spaces. Delano London, opening late 2026, near Kensington Gardens will have 67 guestrooms, embracing organic forms and contemporary design.
