🏨 Ennismore plans to open a new 67-room Delano hotel in Kensington, London, by late 2026. Located near Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park, this project is developed with Signature Developers and DCD Properties. The hotel will feature a restaurant and a 290-square-metre Rose Bar, with elements of Delano's signature minimalist design. Part of a global expansion, other planned locations include New York and a relaunch in Miami Beach. Ben Pundole was appointed as chief brand officer in 2024.

🏨 DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel and Spa Chester completed a major refurbishment of 139 bedrooms, emphasizing the site's railway heritage. Overseen by Valor Hospitality, the project is part of a larger investment to meet high-end accommodation demand in Chester. Earlier, 80 bedrooms were refreshed with updates to the hotel’s entrance. New design features in the East Wing were delivered by ABDA Design, incorporating metal finishes and train-inspired headboards. Valor Hospitality manages 40 hotels in the UK.

🏨 In October 2025, Millennium Hotels and Resorts unveiled the revamped M Social Hotel New York Downtown, offering 569 rooms, including 98 suites, and views of the Hudson River. Located in New York's Financial District, the hotel features a new restaurant, Beast & Butterflies, and 3,550 sq. ft. of meeting space. Designed by BHDM Design, it integrates local landmarks and sustainability. The hotel reflects Millennium's strategy for growth and innovation in hospitality.

🏖 Kimpton has signed Kimpton Miralina Resort & Villas in Paradise Valley, Arizona, to open in early 2026. This will be IHG's first luxury property in the Paradise Valley/Scottsdale area. The resort will feature over 400 rooms, suites, and villas, along with 50,000 sq. ft. of event space. Amenities include six pools, two tennis courts, and a day spa. Kimpton Miralina is jointly owned by Partners Group and Trinity Investments, and managed by Highgate.

🏨 Marriott International completed renovations at the 126-suite Residence Inn by Marriott Pleasant Hill Concord in Pleasant Hill, California. Updates include new bathrooms, furniture, and amenities such as electric vehicle charging stations and a resurfaced parking lot. Located 5 minutes from downtown Pleasant Hill and 29 miles from Oakland International Airport, this hotel offers studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom suites, complimentary breakfast, and proximity to major attractions.

🏨 Highline Hospitality Partners acquired the Hilton St. Petersburg Carillon Park in Florida, marking their 16th hotel and first in the state. The hotel is located in a 432-acre Carillon Park, close to downtown Tampa Bay and St. Petersburg, with 227 guestrooms, 14,500 square feet of indoor meeting space, and a 4,000 square foot outdoor patio. Highline manages over $1 billion in hospitality assets, totaling 20 properties, and partnered with Hersha Hospitality Management for this site.

🏨 Carté Hotel San Diego Downtown, part of Hilton's Curio Collection, completed a major rebranding and renovation. The reimagined lobby and new Canvas Café + Lounge, designed by Gensler, showcase San Diego's spirit. Managed by RMD Group, Canvas offers wellness-focused menus and curated cocktails. The hotel's rooftop will transform into a versatile event space. The rebranding, led by Love & War, highlights local culture, particularly in San Diego's Little Italy.

🏟 Radisson Red opened a 150-room hotel in Twickenham, designed by DLSM Studio with the Rugby Football Union. Located beside the stadium, it features co-working spaces, art, and social events. The lobby includes a coffee counter, a statue of a female rugby player, and sport-inspired murals. The Loft offers arcade games and a cocktail bar. The hotel's design respects local rugby culture and is aimed at serving both guests and locals.

🏠 Swire Hotels rebrands The House Collective as Upper House. Properties in Hong Kong, Chengdu, and Shanghai are renamed Upper House, with future openings in Shenzhen (2027), Xi’an (2028), Tokyo (2029), and Bangkok (2030). Upper House Residences in Bangkok debuts in 2030, marking the brand's first residential project. The rebrand focuses on unscripted, personal hospitality, emphasizing local design and guest experience. Upcoming projects feature designs by Büro Ole Scheeren, Shigeru Ban, Snøhetta, and Foster + Partners.

🏨 Jadran Hoteli Rijeka and Marriott International signed a franchise agreement on October 2, converting Grand Hotel Bonavia to AC Hotels by Marriott in Rijeka, Croatia. City officials and key figures like Vedran Vivoda and Kristian Šustar attended. The agreement, Jadran’s third international franchise, aims to modernize the hotel, positioning Rijeka as a competitive international destination. This partnership aligns with Marriott's expansion plans in Croatia, enhancing Rijeka's hospitality offerings.
