Kimpton signs resort property in Paradise Valley, Ariz.

🏨 Kimpton will open the Kimpton Miralina Resort & Villas in Paradise Valley, Arizona, in early 2026. Situated between Camelback and Mummy Mountains, the 42-acre site will feature over 400 guest rooms, plus 50,000 square feet of event space. Amenities include six pools, a spa, and four dining venues. Managed by Highgate, it marks IHG's first luxury property in the Scottsdale market and adds to Kimpton's global portfolio of nearly 150 properties.

🏨 Holiday Inn London Bloomsbury unveiled refreshed interiors, inspired by the early 20th Century Bloomsbury Group. Located on Coram Street, near Russell Square, the hotel offers 317 rooms, all air-conditioned with walk-in showers. The Artful Critic restaurant donates 50p per fish and chips order to Hospitality Action. Within walking distance of Russell Square and King's Cross St Pancras stations, it's operated by Imperial London Hotels, part of a strategic IHG partnership, managing eight other properties.

Meliá unveils a third Paradisus location in the Canary Islands

🏨 Originally built in 1978 as Hotel Los Gorriones, Fuerteventura's landmark underwent a €32 million renovation, rebranding as Paradisus Fuerteventura. The transformation doubled the staff to 320, with added focus on social inclusion. The now five-star resort boasts 363 luxury rooms, four pools, and nine restaurants, including Mahos led by Michelin-starred Chef Germán Ortega. Part of Meliá Hotels' expansion, it emphasizes local culture and sustainability, with plans to convert a nearby property into Zel Fuerteventura by 2026.

Ascott expands European footprint with seven new signings

🏠 Ascott expands in Vienna and Seville, adding five projects with 750 units in Vienna and two properties in Seville's Lagoon City. Ascott opened its first French lyf in Paris on 16 October 2025, and The Unlimited Collection debuted in Europe with three properties.

The Red Sea EDITION Launches on Saudi Arabia’s Shura Island

Ennismore Announces Signing of Delano SoHo New York
