🏠 Proper Hospitality, in collaboration with Lincoln Property Company, will open the Dallas Proper Hotel & Residences in 2029 in Uptown Dallas. Designed by SOM with interiors by Kelly Wearstler, it will feature a 15,000-square-foot Proper Wellness & Padel Club, 200 guestrooms, over 22,000 square feet of event space, and 80 residences. The development includes three restaurants and five bar concepts, offering holistic wellness and cultural programming. Wearstler emphasizes the dynamic spirit of Dallas in her design approach.

🏖️ October 2023, Anaheim, California: Hilton Anaheim completes its multimillion-dollar renovation, unveiling the Anaheim Rooftide Terrace—a revamped fifth-floor pool deck with a 1,200 sq. ft. pool, two hot tubs, and a kids’ splash area. The Terrace includes the new Saltflower restaurant, offering coastal-inspired and seasonal fare, tiki-style cocktails, and juices. Executive Chef Prabeen Prathapan highlights shareable, bold flavors, aiming for a relaxed yet refined dining experience in Southern California style.

📍 WorldHotels Elite has welcomed Akgün Istanbul Hotel to its collection, marking its return to Turkey. Located in Istanbul's Surici District, the hotel offers 276 rooms, including a presidential suite, and features a spa, pool, and event facilities. It's strategically positioned 30 meters from Topkapi Metro Station and 40 km from Istanbul Airport. This partnership enhances WorldHotels' presence in Turkey, providing access to its 64 million loyalty members.

🏨 Driftwood Hospitality Management and District Hospitality Partners completed a multimillion-dollar renovation of the Hilton Washington DC/Rockville Hotel & Executive Meeting Center, marking its first major renovation in a decade. Located at 1750 Rockville Pike, the hotel features 315 rooms, including 12 suites and two Presidential suites. The upgrade includes 35,000 sq. ft. of meeting space across 25 venues. The hotel remained operational during the renovation, enhancing guest experiences for business and leisure travelers.

🏨 In 2023, The Manners Arms, an 18th-century Grade II listed country house hotel in the Vale of Belvoir, seeks a new operator. Located near Belvoir Castle, the refurbished property includes a bar, two dining areas, and 10 en suite bedrooms, surrounded by mature gardens. Agents Jonty Green and Matt Hill from Christie and Co are handling the sale. A new lease offers an opportunity to continue its legacy as a vibrant community hub.

🏨 Chatsworth Escapes has opened The Hide hotel with 25 rooms on the Chatsworth Estate in the Peak District, offering affordable accommodation. Inspired by moorland cabins, the hotel features reclaimed materials, local art, and furnishings. Guests enjoy access to 35,000 acres, activities like fishing and golf, and can dine on-site with locally sourced ingredients. Opening aligns with Chatsworth events, including art exhibitions and Christmas festivities starting November 8.

🏨 The Hide, a 25-room hotel, opened in the Peak District as the second property of Chatsworth Escapes, alongside The Cavendish Hotel. Guests enjoy access to 35,000 acres of Chatsworth Estate, including a Grade I-listed house, gardens, and exclusive tours. Rooms feature reclaimed items and locally sourced textiles. 🗽 Namron Hospitality will debut its first U.S. hotel, Le Particulier, in Miami Beach on 22 October 2025, featuring 54 rooms and the Los Bowls de Guadalupe dining concept. In Mexico, La Valise Los Cabos opens on 15 November 2025 on a 12-acre beachfront, offering activities like whale watching. El Cortés will launch in Mexico City's Roma Norte in March 2026, following restoration by COMAL.

🍴 Gracious Hospitality Management (GHM) has launched COTE Vegas at the Venetian Resort, Las Vegas, as part of a $1.5 billion transformation. Founded by Simon Kim, COTE offers a Korean steakhouse experience. The 17,000-square-foot venue, designed by Rockwell Group, features a dynamic dining atmosphere with stadium-style seating, live DJ, and private skybox dining rooms. Following successes in Singapore and New York, GHM plans further expansion, including a location at 550 Madison Avenue in 2026.
