The hotel, located above Gustavia in Saint Barthélemy, originally opened in the 1980s and was redesigned in 2020, featuring 21 suites and a five-bedroom villa.

🏠 Buzzworks appointed Maurissa Fergusson as property director in October 2025, with 25 years' experience in real estate, having worked at Scotmid. She will manage property development for Buzzworks' 22 venues in East, West, and Central Scotland, supporting their expansion into rooms and accommodation. A&O operates 44 properties across 30 cities in 10 European countries. Founded in 2000, it hosted 2.8 million guests in 2024, with 6.2 million overnight stays. In early 2025, they welcomed 1.4 million guests and achieved a 73% occupancy rate. Kristina aims to enhance operational and integration processes.
