🏨 In Honolulu, May 2025, the Renaissance Honolulu Hotel & Spa, featuring 299 rooms and suites designed by Sig Zane, transitioned to Crescent Hotels & Resorts management. This marks a new chapter for the luxury hotel, located near Ala Moana Center. Crescent is known for personalized service and aims to provide an authentic Hawaiian experience, including access to the Sky Deck with a fitness center, heated saltwater pool, and NAMI Spa.

Julie Hutchison, with over a decade's experience, became manager in April 2025. The hotel hosts weddings for up to 100 guests in its ballroom, offering bespoke options. 📈 June 2, 2025, Dallas, Texas: Remington Hospitality appoints Ben Perelmuter as CEO, succeeding Sloan Dean after eight years. Perelmuter, with nearly 30 years of industry experience, previously served as president and COO at TPG Hotels & Resorts and as division president at Aimbridge Hospitality. Monty Bennett, CEO of Ashford, Inc., supports this strategic move to enhance performance. Dean will assist Perelmuter for a seamless transition, focusing on growth and innovation at Remington.

🏨 Gulph Creek Hotels, based in Wayne, PA, has taken over management of the 95-room Home2 Suites by Hilton in Middletown, NY. This follows their July 2020 opening of a 125-room Residence Inn by Marriott in the same area. The new addition allows Gulph Creek to enhance sales and operations, utilizing expertise from managing the Residence Inn. Home2 Suites offers all-suite accommodations, fully equipped kitchens, free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, an indoor pool, and meeting rooms.

🏨 Crestline Hotels & Resorts LLC now manages Fairfield Inn & Suites New Orleans Downtown/French Quarter Area, owned by Kemmons Wilson Hospitality Partners. Located in New Orleans, the hotel features 103 renovated rooms and suites. It's a five-minute drive to the Morial Convention Center and walking distance to the French Quarter. Amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, free Wi-Fi, and a complimentary breakfast. It is 15 miles from Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport.
