PSNI Global Alliance Introduces Exclusive Quality Assurance Certification to Elevate Industry Standards

💻 PSNI Global Alliance, a global network in over 200 cities, has launched its Quality Assurance Certification (QAC) on April 2, 2025, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The QAC, co-developed with AQAV, offers a two-day workshop for CSPs in technical field operations, system design, service management, and installation, concluding with a Q&A assessment. It incorporates AV9000 quality principles for standardizing excellence in AV projects. The first QAC course was held March 31 – April 1 in Atlanta prior to PSNI’s Supersummit.

AI Could Change Everything, Except Hospitality’s Human Touch

📌 The use of AI for trip planning doubled from 8% to 16% between October 2023 and October 2024, according to Deloitte's 2025 travel industry outlook. Excluding boomers, the rate for GenAI in trip planning surged from 10% to 21%. Among millennials earning over $100,000, usage reached 29%. Over 40% of GenAI users booked the accommodations it recommended. Nearly half (46%) of travelers still prefer human hotel check-ins, while about a third favor human interaction for room service (35%) and local recommendations (37%).
