Interno Marche, a design experience hotel

💡 April 2024 launch of Interno Marche hotel in Tolentino, housed in a 1922 Liberty-style building, within a historical site linked to Nazareno Gabrielli, Poltrona Frau, and entrepreneur Franco Moschini. Spanning 3,600 m2, the hotel features 25 unique rooms and 5 suites themed after iconic design movements. The project, led by ORAstudio and professionals like Lighting Designer Fabrizio Mancini and Landscape Designer Luigina Giordani, integrates Platek’s indoor-outdoor lighting, including DOT, Shield, Chiodino, and Mini Corniche fixtures. These enhance the hotel park against the Sibillini Mountains and Conero coastline backdrop, blending function, aesthetics, and landscape architecture.

CoStar: U.S. Hotel Results for Week Ending Dec. 7

Chicago reports highest occupancy increase (+17.8% to 67.6%) and RevPAR jump (+42.9% to $110.59), while Las Vegas boasts biggest ADR boost (+27.1% to $261.33). San Francisco and New Orleans experience RevPAR declines of -16.7% ($114.86) and -14.7% ($83.16), respectively.

Radisson Collection makes South African debut with Cape Town hotel
