CoStar: All Regions Besides Middle East and Africa Increase Hotel Pipeline Activity

🏠 In June 2025, CoStar reported global hotel pipeline data. In Europe, 431,736 rooms were under contract, up 2.9%, with the UK and Germany leading construction. Asia Pacific saw 957,254 rooms, up 4.2%, led by China. The Middle East & Africa's pipeline dropped 2.6%, with Saudi Arabia and UAE leading. The Americas had 902,952 rooms under contract, up 1.1%, mostly in the U.S. Overall, growth except in the Middle East & Africa.

CoStar: U.S. Hotel Construction Fell for Sixth Consecutive Month
