St. Louis led in occupancy growth with a 19.3% rise to 76.7%. New York City topped ADR at $358.57 (up 12.6%), and San Francisco/San Mateo saw RevPAR increase by 24.3% to $169.87. Houston and New Orleans experienced significant declines in occupancy and ADR, respectively.
