🏨 H10 Hotels acquired the Juliana Paris, now The One Alma Paris, in the 7th arrondissement near the Eiffel Tower. The hotel offers 40 rooms and suites with luxury amenities. It features a panoramic restaurant, wellness area with a pool, sauna, hammam, gym, and treatment room. This acquisition strengthens H10's European presence, adding to properties in London, Rome, Venice, Lisbon, and Berlin.

📈 Pierre & Vacances-Center Parcs reported a slight revenue drop of 0.9% to €802.1 million in H1 2024/2025 due to a shift in school holidays. Adjusted EBITDA was -€40.3 million, but they aim for over €180 million for the year. Customer satisfaction rose across brands, with improvements of up to 6 points. The group plans to expand with six new sites in Spain and Andorra by 2025 and will open its first Scandinavian resort in Denmark on June 20, 2025.

🏨 Berkadia facilitated the sale of the 121-room Freepoint Hotel Cambridge, part of Hilton's Tapestry Collection, in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The transaction was managed by Berkadia's Denny Meikleham and John Kluh, representing the seller, Dune Real Estate Partners. The hotel was purchased by Jignesh Patel and Robins Patel of JNR Management Inc. Strategically located near Alewife Station, Harvard University, and MIT, the property is surrounded by over 4.5 million square feet of office and lab space.

🏨 The Plasencia Group facilitated the sale of the 297-key Hilton Houston Westchase, located on Westheimer Road in Houston, Texas, in 2025. The hotel, opened in 1980, features 12,578 square feet of meeting space, including a nearly 5,000-square-foot ballroom, and has been a leading performer in an area noted for RevPAR growth in 2024. Senior Managing Director Robert Wiemer led the transaction, highlighting the hotel's strategic position in the tech and energy-driven Westchase District.

🎪 Disneyland Paris, one of France's largest hotel parks, is transforming into a full-fledged resort. With 7 Disney-branded hotels featuring 5,700 rooms, the park boasts the third-largest hotel capacity in France within 30 minutes' reach. Over €800 million has been invested in hotel refurbishments, including the Marvel-themed New York Hotel and the princess-themed Disneyland Hotel. Future transformations include Disney Sequoia Lodge in 2026 and Disney Davy Crockett Ranch.

🏨 Marriott International has launched "Series by Marriott™," a new midscale and upscale lodging brand, in partnership with Concept Hospitality Private Limited (CHPL) in India. The brand will integrate CHPL's 84 existing and 31 upcoming properties, marking Marriott's strategic expansion into India. This brand aims to cater to value-conscious travelers, providing basic amenities and maintaining regional hotel identities, while leveraging Marriott's global standards and loyalty program. Marriott plans further expansion into regions like the US, Caribbean, and Europe.

🏨 Hampton Inn Tampa East (Casino Area) in Tampa, Florida, a 74-unit limited-service hotel, was sold by Liberty Group to KMD Hospitality Management on May 15, 2025. The property, built in 2005 and fully renovated in 2023, benefits from significant investor interest due to its strategic location and the growth along the I-4 corridor. The sale was managed by Berkadia's Associate Director, Kyle Sahlsten. The area is gaining attention for its RevPAR growth and development investments.
