Hyatt Plans Luxury and Lifestyle Hotel Openings for Next Two Years

IRIS has seen a double-digit increase in guest mobile order volume and revenue since partnering with Marriott. Kansas City Marriott Downtown, with over 970 rooms, reported a 30-minute reduction in customer wait times, an 87% yearly increase in order volume and a 94% rise in F&B revenue since deploying IRIS. Digital orders average 20-30% higher in sales than traditional orders. IRIS integrates with systems like Oracle Simphony Cloud, Toast POS, and Stripe, improving operational efficiency. The updated agreement includes IRIS's new digital staff ordering feature to expedite service and staff efficiency.
